Job Description:
United Sourcing Ltd is looking for a full-time Store Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall store operations and will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store including sales and customer service.
- Manage inventory control and order supplies.
- Ensure that sales goals are met through effective merchandising.
- Provide professional customer service by taking orders and selling products in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Handle any issues or problems that arise with respect to customers or employees.
- Assist in training new employees on how to sell, interact with customers and perform basic duties.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others. You must also have the ability to manage your time effectively and be able to multi-task effectively.
