Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Stock and organize supplies in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Help with basic food assembly and plating
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
