We are proudly partnering with a major client in Middlesbrough who are seeking a Production and Packing Operative for their site on Skippers Lane.
3 shift system 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm & 10pm–6am
(Candidates must be able to commit to all 3 shifts)
Monday to Friday only and no experience is necessary as full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns
